Located in the heart of the central belt between Edinburgh and Glasgow, Livingston already has a strong retail offer that draws on a catchment of over 2 million people.
The Elements will add a completely new dimension to this offer, with development well underway and on schedule for opening in October 2008.
The 375,000sq ft development already has Debenhams and Marks & Spencer signed up to the scheme and will comprise of two further MSUs, thirty shop units, five restaurants and 24,000sq ft of leisure space.
The £130million scheme will increase Land Securities total investment in the town to £500million and increase the retail offer to 1.6million sq ft.
