This impressive new destination will feature a magnificent ETFE plastic roof combined with wide walkways and open terraces to create a bright, welcoming environment for shoppers.

The centre will attract a number of new retailers with Debenhams and Marks & Spencer already signed up to anchor the development. Over 35 stores encompassing a unique contrast of high street names, designer brands and independent boutiques will be integrated into the scheme with stylish and lively restaurants, cafes and bars. Modern facilities and services and state-of-the-art leisure and entertainment venues will ensure The Elements has a vibrancy by day and by night.

Land Securities fully supports the endorsement of public art and this will be continued through its scheme in Livingston; modern architecture will be complemented by new civic spaces reflecting the theme of The Elements.

Livingston already has parking facilities for over 9,450 cars in the town centre and this will grow when the new multi-storey car park, which will accommodate over 1,500 vehicles, is constructed adjacent to The Elements development. This will increase accessibility to the centre and ease of use.
